Selecting photos initially previews them in your browser. When you sign in, confirm permission and submit a generation, the photos are uploaded for processing. Payments use Stripe; generation uses Kie; uploaded photos and finished videos are stored in Cloudflare R2.

This Privacy Policy explains how StagePair collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our AI video generation service.

Information We Collect

We may collect:

• Account information: name, email address, authentication provider, and account settings.
• Generation data: prompts, model settings, uploaded reference files, generated video URLs, task status, credit cost, and timestamps.
• Payment data: checkout status, plan, credit purchases, invoices, and payment identifiers. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by StagePair.
• Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, device information, browser information, logs, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Support data: messages you send to us and related contact details.

How We Use Information

• Provide account, video generation, storage, history, and billing features
• Process payments and maintain credit balances

StagePair may use third-party services for authentication, payments, AI generation, cloud storage, analytics, hosting, and email. These services may process information only as needed to provide their functions.

StagePair is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party model or related trademark owner.

Uploaded Files and Generated Videos

Uploaded files and generated videos may be processed by AI providers and stored in cloud storage so the service can generate, deliver, and display your results. Avoid uploading sensitive personal information or content you do not have the right to use.

Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, preferences, analytics, and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly without them.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and conversion events, and Microsoft Clarity to understand page interactions through heatmaps and session recordings. Photo previews and generated video areas are masked in Clarity. We do not intentionally send your photos, prompts, passwords or payment details as analytics events.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

StagePair is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
